Additionally, it is clear that people are still being arrested, and life is going to continue whether there is a viral outbreak or not. It is a terrifying thought that people are being arrested and held against their will in close quarters with others. We are accepting new cases, specifically, with regard to bond hearings and striking orders for arrest.
