Ron founded The Law Offices of Ronald J. Shook in 2011. He advises clients on all aspects of criminal defense, traffic law, immigration, gun rights and personal injury cases. He practices in Gaston and Mecklenburg Counties.
Ron was raised in Gaston County and currently lives in Belmont, NC with his wife and three children.

Alex is an integral part of our legal team, handling cases with compassion and efficiency. She focuses on issues related to criminal defense. Alex is a native of San Luis Potosí, Mexico and is fluent in Spanish and English.
PARALEGALMandy Farris
Mandy has worked as a paralegal for over 20 years. She handles administrative matters, bookkeeping and civil matters. A rare breed known as a native Charlottean, Mandy can trace her family back to General Robert E. Lee and beyond.
PARALEGALJennifer Calderon
Jennifer is the newest edition to our team. She handles client interactions and is fluent in English and Spanish. She is a Belmont Abbey College graduate.
