The son of a single mother, Ben grew up always believing in the underdog, raised to understand the values of tenacity, persistence, and dedication—Qualities he brings to practicing law every day. In 2005, Ben graduated with honors from Wake Forest University. After several years in the private sector, he returned to the Wake Forest School of Law on a merit scholarship. There, he served on the Honor Council and was recognized for high academic achievement.
After graduation in 2012, Ben began a legal career in litigation, arguing cases across North Carolina. He settled in Gaston County to raise a family, joining the District Attorney’s office and later starting his own practice.
He brings a client-centered focus that aims to guide you through every step of your case, making sure you understand exactly what is going on, and advising you on every decision that needs to be made.
